Our take
Planet IX is a browser strategy game from Swedish studio Nibiru Software about restoring a ruined Earth tile by tile: the map is divided into PIX land parcels held as NFTs, and free-to-start players run automated missions and drone expeditions for materials and token rewards. It has been one of Polygon's higher-traffic games and is currently mid-migration to the Base chain, swapping its IXT token 1:1 for AIX — a transition worth knowing about before investing time, since game economies in motion tend to wobble. It loads fast in a plain browser tab with no download. Honest caveats: meaningful progression leans hard on owning PIX parcels, every earning figure is the game's own claim, and our cashout test has not verified a payout yet.
In one line: Tile-by-tile land strategy on Polygon/Base — asset collecting first, moment-to-moment play second.
